Convenient location close to major attractions and easy to get around. Helpful and friendly staff, always willing to assist.Comfortable and clean rooms, with daily cleaning service.Good breakfast, with a decent selection of options available.Free Wi-Fi and functioning air conditioning.
Steep stairs, making it difficult to climb with heavy luggage. Some rooms have a slight smell from the bathroom sewage.

The staffs are not helpful and gave me shit face when I have asked for their help to book the airport taxi (which only cost me USD10.50) instead of using their USD15 taxi service). Everything the staffs recommended (which they are not sure about the details as well) are on the high side, including restaurant and tour packages.

The staff were very nice and helpful which is such a great thing when traveling in a foreign country. We booked the room with a balcony and it was great to experience. Great location!
We had to ask for toilet paper on 2 occasions. They never vaccumed our room in the four nights we stayed. Poor wifi in room but great in stairwell. Warm showers were hit & miss.

I stayed at a great hostel in Hanoi with a perfect location and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help me with transfers, sightseeing tips, and even let me take a shower after checking out. One of the staff members, Derrick, made my experience even better by showing me around the city on his motorbike and giving me useful advice.
Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. They were also fluent in English, which made communication much easier. The room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus.
There was no elevator in the hotel, so we had to climb up several flights of stairs with our luggage. It was quite tiring, especially after a long day of exploring the city.

They really made our stay comfortable and went above and beyond to help us out. , the rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities, and the beds were really comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect - close to all the restaurants and attractions in the area.
The bathrooms in the hotel could definitely use some renovations. They were not in the best condition and could be cleaner.

The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, with something for everyone's taste. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, close to key attractions and within walking distance of the city center.
The lack of an elevator in the hotel made it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs, especially for those with heavy bags.
